    I received my Silver Bullet Black today. There was a mix up about a week back and I was sent a Silver Bullet Silver instead. The hallmark of their success is good service and a superior product.
    Once my compliant was known they were ready to make it right. They even through in a little extra, a black velveteen bag to carry the BBS in, and a few samples of their alt-fuel.
    Anyone can make a mistake, maybe they had a lot on their plate at the time with the vapefest and all going on at the time. They made good on my order and I’m happy. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again from AltSmoke.

    I am a newbie too, and just want to share my two cents:

    I've ordered several adapters from them, they always ship and arrive within 48 hours, and the last shipment, they threw in a freebie, an atomizer I didn't order! I really appreciate it, or maybe they just knew I was going to need it from the adapters I was ordering, 4 in total! I think they rock.

    P.S. Forgot to add that I have many of their business cards now and will be handing them out when people ask where to go for the products. I think we all should do that when happy with a vendor.

    Ordered either Friday or Saturday... it was in my mailbox today! The adapters fit my device perfect and Thank You for the extras, the liquid is very good

    WOW... I ordered my Silver Bullet after talking with Rob on the 5th I think via his web chat thingy, knowing that they wont ship til the 9th.

    I got an email on the 8th with a tracking no. saying it was shipped. I was like SWEEEEET!! And today Sat the 10th I received it... AWESOME service, shipping and he threw in 4 samples for e-liquid.. Damn it, that Cigar flavor tastes good...

    I keep looking at the battery charger to see it their done charging.. cant wait to use my new SB!

    Lights still red.. dang it!

    Those batts can take up to 6 hours to charge, don't watch it it WILL take longer to charge.

    I dropped my BB on concrete and the powder coating got a couple of nicks in it. Is that covered under the warranty?

    Got my BB yesterday, I had a problem with the spring, so I stretched it. When I did I think I screwed it up. What did AltSmoke do, they told me not to worry about it they are sending me a whole new unit and i'm to return this one. WOW that says it all about these guys.

    New rig 2011, Limited Edition White SB with white Vape-O- 5.5ml tank from Vaporesence store front.
