Just received my SB today and couldn't be happier. Ordered Friday and morning and it came on Monday. This is the 1st mod I've purchased after building many and this is one top notch device. I forsee an order for a BB in my very near future!

Holy cow! I ordered Sunday night, shipping notice came on Monday morning at 7:00 am and order received Tuesday. Not only was that shipping way fast, but I got a couple of "extras" thrown in for good measure--totally not expected, but much appreciated.

I had been holding off from ordering from here, because of the whole sales tax thing, but they have just earned repeat business from me. WTG Altsmoke.

I've already posted this in "Reviews of Suppliers", but thought I'd include it here as well.

I think almost everyone already knows about Altsmoke's customer service, but now that I've experienced it personally, I felt the need to toot their horn (so to speak) as well . I was finally able to purchase a BB and the transaction couldn't have been easier. They went above and beyond to get me what I wanted and it was in my mailbox before I even expected it. The BB itself is faultless, but knowing they're there if needed, priceless! Thanks again, guys.
