Yes you will, the sleeve for the Omega will come after the sleeve for the SB. The sleve for the SB is most likely about 8 weeks out. Our production schedule does not allow it to be done much sooner, plating takes 3-4 weeks of that up.

Why would a sleeve be needed? Any release date for the kick?

You'll most likely need a sleeve if you plan to use the Kick with an 18650 battery, otherwise you'd have to use an 18500. From what I've gathered, the Kick will probably be shipped this next week.

Sleeve is needed cause the kick takes up some space in a tube. Like above poster said for a 18650 battery use a 18500 which in size is smaller than the 18650 so the kick would then make up for the rest of the space .

Just an added note here.. The Kick is ONLY to be used with IMR batteries...

Thanks for replying. The sleeve meaning a new 'bottom battery housing' part to the SB? Or something that will fit into the current battery housing?
