Thank you for clearing that up. Now I know I made the right decision. To think I was actually considering an indulgence.

Not to get all caught up in semantics, but doesn't that make them electro-mechanical?

That's something that's confused me whenever I see someone claiming their PV is 100% mechanical. I start looking for the flintlock.

I've been using a BB since they first came out. They are far more reliable than the several 'mechanical' switch mods I've tried.
And no maintenance!

I know this question has probably been asked several times and I have searched the forums and came up with a few answers but figured I would just come here and ask to get a definate answer. What I was wondering is I have a BB with a hot spring installed and was wondering which batteries can be used for 6 volt vaping and which 510 atomizers work the best for this particular setup? thanks in advance for any answers

protected CR2's do fit. I have not found anything that works well at 6v yet. I want to try some HV attys.

If you're going with attys, try the 901s. They run just either side of 3.0 ohms. Under 3.0 ohms they are probably going to trip the protection circuit on those protected CR2s (so it's convenient if you have another PV -- like the SB or Omega
to use those 901s measuring under 3.0 ohms. There's no problem with the larger protected CRC123As)

901's are too hot @ 6V.
