Well if I can get the pyrex, I know that I can do the acid etching. Got plenty of experience working with mylar stencils (work a lot with relief printmaking, etching, and silk-screening), so I'm sure I can scan my katana's tube to pull an image of the actual engraving and just go from there.

Or I could send you the logo? POC posted it online for us.

Hell yeah! That makes my life much easier! If the tanks ever come available, I'll see what I can do. Also gotta double check the acid etching solution is still available for purchase in CA. It's illegal for private parties to purchase it in a few states b/c of its potential for abuse as a means of graffiti.

You know....there may be another way.........Phiniac will sandblast this onto tanks if you provide them with the image...and the tank
may want to use photoshop and add shadowing and stuff.....but ...it's an option

Hey friends, what kind of mesh would you recommend for BWB juices? I know they are a little on the thick side for a 70/30 pg/vg blend, but 325x325 mesh should work fine?

Katana+GGTS

Parts:
Katana tank/atty
Katana tank cover (optional)
GGTS bottom tube assembly
GGTS telescope (use ss, you wouldn't want to risk stripping the threads on a brass tele)
GGTB battery extension
18650 AW IMR batt


1. Screw shorter threads of GGTS telescope onto where the button of the Katana usually threads on, and then tele onto GGTS bottom tub. Some of the bottom threads on the telescope may still be showing, but don't worry, they'll be covered up.


2. Fully screw the Katana+tele into the GGTS bottom tube so that the two tubes sit flush with each other. In my case, the engravings happened to line up perfectly.



3. Insert your battery into the tube, then, with it in its longest possible configuration, insert the GGTB battery extension. Next, try to screw the Katana atty/tank on, and based on how much room is left in the tank, begin to shorten the length of the battery extension until the tank fits snuggly onto the mod.
It should look something like this

It should be just fine...... Never used BWB but I do use 50/50 juice and 325 with no wicking issues

Yes, #325 mesh will work just fine with it
