thanks for the suggestion, had no thought of that. Just gave it a go, surprisingly it does not work, no matter what the orientation of the kick or battery.
I will say though when i was fiddling earlier, i oriented the kick towards the bottom cap, and when i screwed it together it kept firing with the button locked. I think the pot for the wattage control is getting stuck at an angle against the delrin causing that. Something for people to be aware of if they are fiddling with the Kick and a 19B

So the new Sigelei #19 in all copper is about to launch. What do you think? I have two 19's so I'll skip this one but it looks nice! Sigelei #19 Made of Copper

It does look nice.. torched mine and got a darker color. Not bad though especially for mix and match!

looks awesome, hope it kills a lot of the voltage drop possibly?

That can't really be copper right? copper is expensive.

I took the screw and spring out of mine when I first got it week before last. I took the magnet out of the Nzonic head and swapped. Works great no other modification. I use Sigelei kick clone.

Grabbed a pre-order for this guy.... Also picked up a stainless 19b @ akavapers (thanks juicefreak!) since they were in stock.... Good day indeed!

UPDATE: May not be a good idea... Rubber grips the button and sometimes loosens it off when using the button lock

I was using the magnet switch method with the plastic washer, but I wanted to get rid of some voltage drop by dropping the magnets.

So while i was looking for rubber o rings to shorten the switch throw, I saw the spare rubber grommets for the tanks of the AGA/Richman RBA gennys.

They work well to shorten the throw and give a cushion at the end of the button press.

Coupled with the hotspring (that came with the 19v2, that i streched and cut to fit.), it's probably the best bottom-button switch i've ever experienced.

I also did some voltage drop testing on the sigelei 19 (with the top magnet off), avenger, and titan. (Measured under load with a 0.8ohm coil)

    Avenger - 0.86 voltage drop
    #19 - 0.84 voltage drop
    titan - 0.43 voltage drop
