Default xtar xp4 or nitecore i4???

i want to upgrade my charger, and think i've narrowed it down to these two. anyone with any experience with both/either have any reasons to go with one over the other? is there something else i should consider instead?

    thanks in advance!

i have heard very good things about pila's charger. the only reason i didn't include it was because, as far as i can tell, they only have a 2-port charger. i tend to go through 2-3 18500/18650's or 3-5 18350's a day, so i'm heavily leaning towards 4+ bay chargers.

just got the nitecore 4 bay the other day, it seems to work very well. Looked into the pila, but was turned off at having to buy adapters to charge smaller batteries.

haha, i love it... three responders, and one vote each for three different chargers. this might be a more difficult choice than i'd originally thought

I've heard good things about the xtar and the Nitecore...... I chose the nitecore i4 due to the price (Amazon w/ free shipping during a sale straight from Nitecore themselves).

Much better than the single bay cheapie charger than took 8+ hours to recharge my 18650's - and only to 4.01 volts. My Nitecore is charging these year old batts to 4.19 spot on every time (so far)..... in 2 hours.

Heard good thing about the xtars as well, but a bit skint for cash maybee in a few months, that said been perusing threads about charging safety and learned:

Never ever leave your batteries charging unattended
    buy good batteries
carry the batteries in a box or bag made for it, not loose in your pocket
if using mech mods, get a couple of safety fuses

    happy vaping!

well, did a little more digging. just about everyone and their mother has a nitecore (and loves it). the xp4 seems to be a relatively new model, though, so i can't seem to find a whole lot of information on it, but of course xtar does have a very good reputation in general.

so, to go with the old proven standard, or the new technology? ahhh, decisions, decisions...
