Dead Atomiser?...Maybe not

I noticed this as well when I first started using my RN4081. I think it's habit from my anolog smoking to hold it near the "filter" on the RN just like I did with my Marlboro's. Once I figured that out I was vapin' like a champ. I also twist my cart as well but know now to check the alignment when my vapor get's weak before checking the cart ot battery. Just curious, how long has your atty lasted?

There's really no alignment to speak of. The atomizer has two holes for air flow, but the area around the holes is undercut, so there is airflow even if the holes do not line up with the slots in the battery.

My atomizer is going on 3 months.

My rn4081 at least actually has 4 holes total--two where the atty connects to the battery on the gold rim and two at the other end of the battery in slots by the LED. So even if you cover the two holes at the atty, you will still draw air from the holes at the other end. After some experimentation I've discovered that you can actually get a good vapor hit by occasionally covering the two holes at the atty with your fingers and just taking a short draw using only the other two holes. You get a good vapor hit when you do this about every third draw! Don't know why, but it does. Happy vaping!

What's the heating element? I'm willing to try anything with my dead attys at the moment! You don't mean the wick, do you?

You mixed hydrogen peroxide and water? Doesn't the hydrogen peroxide get neutralized by the water?

I SO hope that your solution works for me. But I need clarification.

But what I also did was insert a pin into the atty holes and carefully cleared the area inside (I think) and shook it out and did the clean/soak/repeat steps, before finally blowing it dry.

You mean like a stick pin, like you'd use when hemming a skirt?

Sorry to be so obtuse, but I would really like to get more life out of my attys.
