Default Fibers in my 901 atomizer?

So I have 2 attys for my 901 right now. One is black and one is silver. In the black one that came with the kit when you look inside you see the little 'bridge' i guess its called and there is a metal washer looking thing that obstructs view from everything else. In my silver one you see the bridge and the same material circling a hole underneath the bridge...no washer thingie. Inside the hole it looks like there's some fibers sticking out. Are those supposed to be there? I am really anal and wanted to pull them out cuz it kind of looked like a bug wing or something LOL but I decided in my better judgement, before tearing it apart, to ask here if I should just leave it be?

    Thanks,
    Joanna

I had a few of my now 901's with the same. It is just the fiber material they coil the nichrome wire around. they just left it a little long. Nothing to worry about. Use as is.

Exclusively 901, on a custom matte black Chuck, or a fog barrel, or fog drum, or fog grenade.

That is part of the wick inside the heating coil. That is how the liquid is drawn to the coil so it can vape. Leave it there. It's normal.
