i get a better hit and more vapor with the cartos that have a solid round ring inside compared to the grooved ones (my batteries are grooved, kit from Nhale) the grooved cartos still work but not as good for me.

long slow easy drags,Let the carto warm up and you should have vapor.I use 24mgs to get throat hit.I get plenty of vapor.

I find if i hold the vapour in my lungs for a long period of time, before exhaling, I also get no smoke.

Or if you inhale enough air after your drag. Works perfectly in lecture.
