What kind of liquid are you using? Probably PG, I have the same issues with pure PG. I have some ecopure VG juice that blows massive clouds.....but doesn't have as good throat hit.

Are you sure you have a real Joye 510? Have you tried more than one atty and given them a chance to settle in?

Sometimes you have to break the atty in but that doesn't sound right. Try a new addy, full battery charge, and different liquid. I'm betting it's either a bad atty or the liquid.

I have found that a mix of 80%PG and 20%VG produces vapor and throat hit. You can mix your own which I do now or add VG to your premade liquids.

In the expert forum you will find some secrets about that:

Press the button 3 to 5 seconds before puffing, take a long and slow puff and do not inhale -> Ultra huge cloud !

This can also help but the 3 to five seconds "primer" is the real deal
    1) Add VG to your liquid
    2) Use a brand new atomiser

I've never had a brand new 510 atty work at peak efficiency.

I second that. My atomizers never produce much vapor when they are new. When I was a noob, I was very disappointed when I saw my vapor compared to a reviewer... (510). Then after a few hours of puffing away, I was grinning from ear to ear.
