Over stuffed cart...?

As a general question, how do you know if you over stuffed a cart? I have been using the blue foam and have learned that if it is in a little too loose that the juice will leak out and flood the atty, this was simple to figure out. I am now interested in if I can over stuff. If i cut my foam to be the length but thicker than the cart then pinch it together to squeeze in and then need to take a needle to push the second half of it the rest of the way in, have I over stuffed? And if so, what is the harm in that?

If it is stuffed too tight, it won't wick right and you will get little to no vapor, and there will still be juice left over. With just the right amount iof stuffing, it will wick almost completely dry.

Thanks for the info. It has been wicking fine and with lots of vapor, love it when I get something right.
