Yes i do remember seeing that somewhere...BUT why would i get that first hit? and then nothing? and why would this happen on 2 different devices? thats what confuses me.

The same thing was happening to me... blowing 801's every other day. So, I tried using a 302, same size as an 801, using the same threads and carts. I haven't lost one yet using it on 5v and 6v mods. Still keeping my fingers crossed!

It wouldn't. You don't happen to have a multimeter?

Bro..knowing that the power is actually connecting to the atty is tough to determine sometimes...just check it out, it darn sure caught me! it took me a while to confirm it...I think i finally put the staple as a test and it WORKED!

it was the atty that was machined wrong so every power pac couldn't touch the atty properly

you didn't say you had a meter! check 'em, if they are really good, I would make darn sure your getting power all the way up to the coil

Yep 4 dead and one alive. They can also be approaching death if it's to high say an ohm or two.

Is that 0 infinity or the same reading you get when you touch the meter leads together?
