Arrow M401 atomizer disassembled - pics

Ever wanted to know what's in there? I was ripping a couple apart for the "wick" thread, thought I'd take some pics for y'all

Components of Atomizer

Under the hood

The coil itself (ick)

Neat part - the coil is wound around a ceramic wick, not fiber

Wow, you blow me away every time, Randy. You should start a class on ecig research.

I know nothing about the 401, how does its atty compare to a 901? That ceramic coil core is fascinating, much more elegant than eventually melted silica (or ???) fibers.

Looks like a usb microscope is a new item for my shopping list, along with a variety of commercial ecigs to broaden my knowledge. And a desk sized vice.... and.... this ashtray.... that's all I need.... [steve martin, the jerk]

901 - I don't know. The bloog/loongtotem 1 piece, and M401's are the only mini's I've ventured into. Timeouts, expensive low-cap crappy batteries, and ridiculously small carts that you have to change or fill all day drives me back to the cigars every time....

My current favorite is a Ruyan Bling cigar, with an M401 atomizer :-) Best of both worlds...

How about a 401 battery dissembled?

Does it strike anyone else that the atomizer pot looks exactly like a face? Sort of like a mask?
