Default RN4081 atomizer as 901 connector

hey, just noticed this ~ a RN4081 atomizer (male thread) fits into a 901 atomizer (female thread) perfectly. i pulled out the threaded connector of the RN4081 atomizer so it is intact with the center pin and insulator. only drawback is there's not a lot of surface to anchor the RN4081 connector with, just the knurled edge that was pressed into the atty tube, but a little solder....

probably old news to some here, but i thought it was cool.

You can use valve stem caps. Not all of them work but many will. You only need a couple of turns but I have made a Nicostick using one. The 4081's are far better vapers then the 901's IMO.

I also use a 901 atty as a connector for my RN4081's. The only small downside is that the RN holes stick out (around 1,5mm) but the drag is excellent if you plug the middle hole in the 901 with some glue.

Love these 4081 attys as they work great even while keeping them hot (no pausing between drags).

Do you have enough to share some?

I'm doing the valve stem now, I really don't like the "couple of threads"...makes my mods look and feel not at 100%.

I have heard that they now have oversized carts for the 4081's, twice the size that they used to be. To me, the small cart was the biggest reason to move on to the 510's but the attys performed at least as well or better then the 510. I have a Nicostick for both, just waiting on batteries.
