    Congratulations Carlos49!

That's quite the accomplishment. I hope this brings you great fortune! Any idea what you might charge for an atomizer or having one rebuilt?

That's really impressive and I appreciate the link. That thread was started a long, long time ago and it amazes me to see how many of the developments we wish were being made have already been made months ago only to be buried in the forum. Thanks again.

That's the one I'm looking for.
A big atty operating at the best temp for flavor and giving lots of vapor.

A regular 510 PV (which is not known for best flavor) easily beats the taste I get from my 801 running at 5 volts.

This is very very GREAT! Finally, the possibility of an atomizer repair shop! I posted a thread dreaming of this months ago, and now, perhaps the holy grail is on the horizon! Just imagine, sending in 10 or 20 dead attys and spending only a % of what they would cost new. Good job and you have my support!

    Default RN4081 Attys rebuilt successfully.

I just wanted to thank carlos for advise and help. I have successfully rebuilt 10 RN4081 attys now and all work better than new. I owe it all to all my atomizers dying and leaving me vapeless and the help of carlos. Thank you very much Carlos I have been vaping for 7 months and have done several battery and usb mods but thought I could never rebuild atomizers and as everyone has said who knows about the future and the thought of analog cigarettes again really turned my stomach. Thankfully now I know I won't have to.

I'm glad I could be of help to you ... but you did alot of research yourself and all I did was point you in the right direction and give you some simple tips.
Now when I finish my step by step, which should be in the next couple of days, on making your own from scratch your modding will take a different route. Have fun and keep modding !!!

Yay Carlos!! I just found this thread because I was worried about what to do if they ban vapes and I was looking for info on how to do this. Going back to analogs is NOT an option. I thought I would point out that this whole debate over whether you should share the info or profit from it is rather unnecessary (not to mention nobody else's business) You could always sell the diagrams. That could actually be more profitable since you wouldn't have to set up a whole production facility that could be shut down any day now depending on how court cases go

The step-by-step will be much appreciated. And hey, if you decided to sell 'em, we'll probably buy at least a few, just because it's easier than breaking out the soldering iron.

A quick question, and forgive me if the video explained this, as this notebook can't handle youtube - are the home built atty's more durable? The wires on the ones we buy now are - er - brittle would be something of an understatement.

    Again, many thanks Carlos.
