I thought you had to drill a hole in something somewhere . I ACTUALLY HAVE A BE-901 from e-cig in china which says BE-901 on the box but all the accessories I bought were for the DSE-901 From there website and work perfectly - just want to use the hotter 801 on my 901 . any links to threads or help appreciated

although Not quite what I'm looking for. For some reason I was under the impression that you could simply use the 801 on a 901 by drilling a hole ??

But might try that mod just to see how it works! Thanks

I am still not sure if I understand what you want to do.
You want to connect an 801 atomizer to a 901 battery?

And that takes me to a second question...why would you want to use a smaller battery?

Regardless of your answer,(still very curious to know), here is a different and more versatile option.

YES--if it is a hotter atomizer

And that takes me to a second question...why would you want to use a smaller battery?
    I don't--- I want want to connect an 801 atomizer to a 901 battery

    Cool Mod,
I have 901 attys with a little hole at the end that screws into the battery-- the 801 attys do not have the hole- correct? (I'm really not sure as i have never seen one up close)

But My orig intention was to simply use (try to find or even make) a hotter atty-- and I thought the 801 was a hotter atty then the 901.
Thought there was a simple mod to let the 801 work with the 901 type batteries by drilling a hole in the same place as the 901 and/OR using an adapter-- just wanted to verify the info before I waste the money to buy the 801 Atty
(or an adapter) IF it is possible. Does any one know of an Adapter for this use or is any one got a link or tutorial for it??

Hope this clears up what I am trying to do.

Sorry I don't have a solution to your question, but I have some information that may clear some confusion.

The 801 (penstyle) atty's do have a hole at the bottom of the atomizer, for air flow, like they all do. Some have more holes than others, depending on the manufacturer.

As far as the heat from the atty, I believe they would all be in a similar range, to vaporize the liquid. The difference in heat that people experience with the different atty's has more to do with the distance from the mouthpiece to the actual heating element. The heating element in the 801 (penstyle) atty's are generally quite far down the atty tube, in the 24-25'ish mm range.

I'm surprised that anyone could find an 801 hotter than a 901 I tried the 801 in a penstyle and in the Janty Stick - too airy and mild for me, much less hit than a 901 Mini.
