    This is great work, anyhow. I get the impression that making this heater fit into a conventional sized package has been rather challenging. If this is the case for some of y'all, I recommend throwing out the rule book about what the device has to look like, or how large it is. It is far easier to deal with one problem at a time.
    IMHO, the goal right now, is to devise a means to have the heater wetted with juice. If you need to use the water pump out of an '85 Ford F-150 to do so, have at it.
    Figure out how to do that before worrying about the size issues. Too, don't accept the limitation of using an existing e-cig battery. If necessary, developing a power supply which which is ideally suited to a new heater should be considered a separate issue. These issues can all be handled, but NOT all at once.

    I'd be interested in knowing if anyone's still playing around with this concept - seems to me it could be really exciting once the kinks are worked out.
