Actually, I just re-read your post and its shows that it is at customs in China - not seen that before. Normally it shows it going through Aust customs but not China..

Yes8s, I've noticed some websites have the 'Processing' status on even until you receive the damn thing. So who knows, it could be on it's way or they could also be waiting for more stock.

Try emailing them?

Do you (or anyone else) have actual experiance from Health Cabin deliveries here in Oz.

I emailed them yesterday with a general question about time from order to shipping and they said it usually takes up to two days. I emailed them today about the progress of my specific order and am just waiting for a reply.

Maybe they might just cancel it altogether because of how much i've been buggin them

Thats my concern, the other 2 didnt get to customs till they got to sydney, then went thru Bris customs too...

No I've never gone through Health Cabin before. But my last package from HG didn't even get opened by customs. This was at the start of the week.

Out of the 5 parcels of e-cig stuff I've had delivered not one has been opened by customs. I'm hoping for same with the parcel from DealExtreme containing the little lasers I ordered for mods..

Not bad at all. Been vaping since last June but neglected to stock up over the Chinese New Year, and had to go 3 weeks on Nicabate lozenges (I won't smoke again ever). Looking forward to trying the new juices I ordered; Lucky Strike, Chesterfield, Pall Mall, Davidoff, honey, ginger, cinnamon, along with usual batch of RY4.

And about processing times, this is the first time I've ordered from Healthcabin. I placed the order last Thursday night and it was shipped Friday. Pretty good considering they must be backed up from the holiday.

In the past I've ordered from East Mall and HG. If I place an order in the morning I usually get an e-mail an hour or two later notifying me that it has been posted. They are very quick about it. With Healthcabin, I didn't get such an e-mail but I will apparently be getting it just as quickly.

If I place an order, I always get it in a week or less, unless I order over the weekend in which case it arrives a week from the following Monday.
