Has no one found an alternative source for this nylon like material?
Anyone try a fabric/craft & home retailer like Spotlight? What about just cutting up some of your nylon curtains
?
What makes these tea bags so special?
It's a little funny to know that there are many people out there all around the world hunting down PTB's for modifying their PV carts.... Doesn't anyone else find this a little amusing/strange?

Its a bit like a treasure hunt, I have seen posts about using organza and tulle. Maybe worth a go.

It's extremely weird.

I do find it amusing and admit to going on a teabag hunt of my own a month ago. Gave up without getting obsessed though.
Tried an ordinary, mere mortal tea bag and wasn't fussed with the outcome, so I cut up a cotton bud and did the straw mod instead. Now happy.

As an alterative, check out the sewing store or the sewing section at a place like WalMart. Look at the rolls of ribbon type stuff.

Since we're all in here talking cart fillers, I came across the thread where someone has just done every mod he knows of and reviewed them, including the tea bag!
He's using a 510.

I just used a regular lipton tea bag. Empty, told in half, roll tightly, cut in half to make two perfect standard cart fills. Works like a champ. What's all the fuss?
