After reading other posts here about 5-6 day turnarounds, I was optimistic about my order from litecig. Slow mail from the US hurts, but apparently stuff from China gets here quickly. It's odd as the stuff I ebay usually gets here really quickly. Yeah, I'm a moron... At least it gave me an excuse to pick up some 510 gear and a cheap sampler pack. Going by what others have said here, eastmall is the way to go. Now I reset the clock and wait another week... (Of course, I was again proven to be a moron as the order was $15 short of free shipping.) |

Received my VX2 kit (litecigusa) in today. 11 days all up. Also noticed that my 510 (eastmall) is awaiting delivery so I should get that tomorrow, putting that delivery at 5 days.

My order form eastmall is in a black hole atm, ordered on the 28th, EMS still says "No information for this tracking", Auspost says the same. Reallllllllly hope it gets here before I start the new job on Monday. |

I ordered my joye 510 on Tuesday the 1st of Sept. from ruyandirect.com and i received a payment notification email immediately but haven't heard anything since. They said in the email they ship within 48 hours and email you when this has happened...I'm getting worried. Has anyone had a bas experience with ruyandirect.com? Also one quick question, this is my first e-cigg and i got the manual, does this mean i have to hold down the button every time i take a drag? |

| Yup, but it's a good thing. Since it takes a second or so for the atomizer to heat up you have to take a primer puff with an automatic. With a manual you actually take more of a "normal" drag than with an automatic.

Hey, I couldn't make a new post/thread so I have to post it in here. After reading a few posts about how hard it is to import e-cigs to Victoria, it has me really worried that my package won't get through customs ![]() It all started when I ordered mine on the 3rd of OCT, that's right, the 3rd. They ran out of stock without even telling me and only just updated the postage status from PENDING to PROCESSING. Has anyone actually got e-cigs through customs in Victoria??? This is driving me nuts and would sleep better if I only knew it could get passed customs. If any one can even decypher this below that'll be great haha. This was posted on my account on the website I ordered my E-Cig from. (Electronic Cigarettes Inc.) Credit Card payment. AUTH: R61215. TransID: ********* 10/19/2009 Processing shipped customs discoloration no.LJ248392315US |

Guess you wont shop with them again. No problem here, takes a week to arrive from order date, but that's from China & they give a tracking number.

Ruyan via EMS has always got to me within 10 business days. Health Cabin also seems to ship within about 2 days. Make sure you dont cheap out - pay the extra for EMS or your package will be untrackable and slow! I have had AU customs open my packages, but they always let them through and most of the internals appear to be unopened. I am not sure if they check which state it is destined for (I am in WA). Once customs has been cleared Auspost does a great job of getting that package to your door quickly considering the size of this great brown land.
