Hmmmm, before I discovered the QLD site, I ordered some carts from OriginalCig (in my home town of Melb) like a week ago and they still haven't arrived? They don't appear to answer emails either! The first time I ordered from there I had my products in 2 days. Any fellow aussies had delivery hold ups with these guys? I'm trying to blame Australia Post and the extra holiday mail....but that wore thin on day 3.....lol |

Pheonix....Ordered my Screwdriver from Trog in UK...he makes them. http://www.cavecom.com/screwdriver/forum/ My first ecig was from egar, they took a week to get a spare battery out,1 died after 2 days, atomizer died after 1 week (they dont hold spares in stock)..its gone to ecig heaven, but more than paid for itself. Then bought a dse 901,but need atleast 6 batteries & 6 chargers. Trogs screwdriver saved me from throwing hundreds of dollars away on bits & pieces. |

I have held off with this for over 6 weeks now, hoping that they would come good, but ...... I bought my 1st e-cig from them, a supermini - rn4088 - the only one they sell one battery was weak and only ever worked for 30 minutes on a charge. other battery ok. worked for 2.5 hours on a charge. I bought 50 cartridges, of the 50 - only 6 had any liquid in them !!!!!!!!!!!! rest were damp but no juice. I bought an extra atomizer with the kit - both atomizers had no wire bridge - just a hard metal lump in centre..... after contacting these guys by email and phone, I was assured that the cartridges would be replaced, and if the atomizers were indeed faulty, they would also be replaced, I was asked to wait untill the new stock arrived, and they would contact me ASAP. now over 7.5 weeks -- no response...... I have given up on them...... BOOT TO THE HEAD do not waste your time or money with these guys. thank goodness I found this forum, and an excellent supplier, I am sooooo happy now ..... I have cash to spend on my hobby, as my supplier has found, keep me happy, and I will spend. Di ....... |

I'm sorry di, to hear of your experience with Originalcig....I too will NOT be ordering from there again.....they do not have anything much to choose from anyway. I had to send a couple of emails for them to finally send out my menthol cartridges, which seem to be bone dry anyway! Their testimonials page hasn't been updated since October either! Now, my experience with www.ciggy.com.au is the complete opposite. I ordered some things that arrived in about 6 days...a little slow... but for the delay my 4 e-liquids were bumped up to 30ml FREE! The store owner answers emails/questions promptly and is always friendly and helpful. I will definetly order from here again, and for any Aussies on the Sunshine Coast, you can pick up your goodies for free! ![]() I am really into the 'Artic Mint' flavour, didn't like 'Malibu' too much, and haven't tried the others yet. |
