"An E cigarette is at present a regulated poison in Qld and is a breach of the H(D&P)R to obtain, possess, use, sell etc. An inspector under the Act/Regulation has the authority to investigate a person who may be in possession of an E cigarette and seize same. Legal proceedings may also be instituted." |

So how does this affect your ability to use 'personal vaporizers' with 0 nic liquids? It seems they are tying them in to nicotine delivery.

Any ideas on how we can fight this? As you may have read in my other posts, not only the sale, but now the use and posession of an e-cigarette is illegal in QLD due to the wisdom of QLD Health. I just cant enjoy a vape outdoors now, as Im constantly on guard looking for police etc. Something really needs to be done before other states follow suit. |

I guess it might be wiser to get hold of (or make) 'uncommon shapes' for your vaporizers too. Perhaps go the route of making them look as much as possible like asthma-inhalers? And perhaps use, at least out of doors, the original Ruyan-liquid, so hardly any or no smoke is to be seen? Really sad... hope some higher-ups see how stupid they are acting real soon... |
