    Lithium ion batts shouldn't be drained too low so it shouldn't be a problem if they are say half drained when you mtop off.IMO

    I don't think you can drain a standard e-cig battery completely. When it starts flashing it quits working but isn't really drained completely. It has a protection circuit to prevent that.

    Exactly!! Just do what you gotta do. No worries. These are not old nickel metal technology.

    OK just to be cleared, what I meant by drained was when the batteries start blinking.

    Sorry for the confusion
