I have a problem with my RS888(Mini Pipe, Lady Pipe)

When I hit one of my pipes, the light starts to blink, then the light turns very bright and blinks exactly 3x's

The manual doesn't list this error code
It's not the batt or atty

the manual does say something about re setting the unit by touching a piece of metal to the screw and the copper post and making the light blink 10-20 x's
but I can't figure out how to do this

any ideas?

Technically they are telling you to short it out by touching the center of the atty connector and the outside ring (the part with the threads). You should be able to do that by just touching the very center of the atty connector with a screwdriver and lean the screwdriver over til it connects with the outside ring at the top. Although, doing that with the battery in it is shorting the battery too. I'm not sure how safe that idea is. Try asking Parker from Diet Smokes. He is very knowledgeable on such things.
