Since we are talking about battery's..I have two that stick on also only after I take a drag.. ( only when i take a long drag).I of course top off carts..Is it possible to reverse this problem ..Or is it once e-liquid finds it's way to the battery it is all over? Oh , it is so fun to realize that the battery stuck on while driving to work , talk about multi tasking to unscrew a battery as fast as I can... Let's just say I have a tape on the hinky battery system, It's my little red flag " Caution do not use while driving"

The pressure switch is the problem

This happens quite often. The pressure switch is sticking on due to the e-liquid getting in there from topping off to much. With the atomizer off, suck and blow in and out of the battery hole to clear it. Also blow in from the LED side if the battery and take a paperclip and stick it up the hole and wiggle it around. That is what happens when you top off too much. The liquid on the cartridge should be wet BUT not pooling when you top off. That will take care of it most of the time.

That's probably a good idea. If a battery does not work when you suck on it then goes on by itself with an atomizer attached, I'd say it's one of those "possessed batteries" and probably is no good.
I had one like that. Would not light when I sucked it but when I put it down, it went on all by itself....and would stay on, with nothing attached. I shook it, it went off, laid it down, and went back on again. It was really weird because it has a blue LED and I could see it lighting up out of the corner of my eye. And I had not dripped on that battery either.

Using a pipe cleaner gets the juice out of the battery and has saved several of my batterys. the wool on the pipe clean really takes up the juice and it is usally black looking. Don't twist the pipe cleaner, just streight in and out until it is clean. i keep cutting the pipe cleaners off getting a clean end each time.
