    Default Help on my dse901

    Hello everyone -

I was just using my 901 last night (I have two batteries) I took one off the charger and put it in my atomizer, all of a sudder the atomizer just starts getting hot (without puffing) and I took off the cartridge and all I see is glowing red. it would not stop. I tried to change the atomizer and still the same. is there someone can let me know what is going on? thanks

Was the light blinking? if it was, thats the cleaning cycle.

But you didn't puff so I'm gonna assume the switch is jammed or something.

Try taking off the atomizer and gently blow into the battery.

    Good luck.

Had this happen before. Sit the battery hole side down and let it drain out over night. This fixed mine, as I think some juice got in there and made the switch stick. I had to drain the juice and all the power and then recharge it. Been working great for 3 weeks since!!

What he said! Had the same thing happen to me on my third day, left the battery to drain overnight. Next morning, good as new.

OPJ.. It's not the atomizer it's the battery. return it to seller. These 901 battery's are really hit and miss. From my experience you may get two out of three that work correctly.
If a battery stays on after the drag it will make the atomizer heat up until it fry's...
and then you are out both parts ! The suppliers like to say blow into it , shake it , blah blah ...If the 901 battery works it works great, and you will know a good battery from day one you shouldn't have to play with it and unscrew it in a panic..
Get an exchange quick or you will be stuck with it...

I already called Steve at Puresmoker and he said he can't do anything about it anymore since I got the 901 I think December.
