I just bought the E health brand cig today, and it worked fine until i would charge it fully and then would hit it a few times smoke would come out then i would go to hit it again and none will come out, i dont understand your technical guide im kind of a noob, im trying to make it work, please help me! i pull my filter off and some little pointy weird thing is there and i take the white part of and i guess thats an atomizer? i have no clue, please help!

Do some searching on the new members forum. You should find a break down of the parts to an Ecig. Find out how long the warrenty is good for that will help if you need to return it or exchange parts.

They are really cheap but are knows for dodgy goods.
