Default Penstyle USB Passthru on the fritz- Vaping on its own?

I'm having a bad vaping day. Last night I went out to dinner and somehow made it home without my pen. Luckily I had replacement parts for everything.

Today I've been using my USB passthru more since I'm down to one battery. It seems to turn itself on without me doing anything.

Sometimes I'll take a drag and it will light up again right afterwards. If I lay it down it will turn on, I can move it around a little or take a drag again it will go back off.

I first noticed this behavior the other day when I had it plugged ito an APC power pack. I thought it was a faulty power pack so I quit using it. Now its flaking out with my laptop too.

I guess I should stop using it but Im kind of hampered now with only one battery. I think I will just use it on the battery pack so i dont fry my laptop.

It was getting pretty hot with the APC the other day and one of my atomizers went dead. Im a little paranoid about killing my last one.

I have a new battery and atomizer on order.

This is a pen style passthru from pursmoker. Anyone else had this problem? I'm guessing its not fixable.

Stop Using it! Time for a New One!

Sounds like theirs liquid in the switch that causing the problem.

Unplug It & Do Not Use It.

If The Switch Sticks Your Going to Burn Out The Atomizer, Cause a Short Circuit which will burn out what ever its connected to!

    Tips for The Future:
    - Do not leave or store your pen upright
    - When your done for the day, remove the atomizer and Disconnect it from the power source, leave the threaded end (atomizer end) pointed down, so any juice will flow out that way and not inside to the air switch, wipe the threads with a Q-tip
    - Always Disconnect when not in use and leave the threaded end pointed down
    - Don't yank the cord or by the cord

This way you will get the longest life out of it, but sometimes they just fail because they are cheap

    Hope this helps

I'm not using it. Unfortunatly that means I have to have some analogs around for a couple of days since I only have one battery. Sucks.

My hubby brought be a marlboro and it was nasty. I'm going to pick up some eclipses and use those sparingly while I'm charging.

Oh, and I'm buying triplicates of everything now.
