what did i do wrong?
Kiev--swap out batteries and if both do not work, you got a dud atomizer. Did you charge those batteries for 12 hours? Also could be a bad charger--does the Led light on the charger?--Sun

not 12 hours, just till
light went from red to green.
both batteries.
i want this thing to work so bad. was looking forward to go to a movie for the first time since they band smoking in movie theaters.

Kiev you need at least 8 hour charge, some go to 12.
About the cleaning cycle... after removing the battery it's a good idea to blow into the atomizer tube (from the cart end, after removing cart) to cool off the wick, at least if you've heard sizzling.

will do
did not hear sizzling, but will blow anyway.
will post progress tomorrow
thank you

Jamie, make sure your cart is filled. Then put two drops of fluid right on your atomizer. Take a primer puff prior to a smooth long drag to get it working. This should help.
Of course make sure your batts are strong.

Fluid is another word for eliquid or juice or ejuice.
