Ruyan disposable

I just got 2 Ruyan disposables and I can't seem to get one to work. The wifes regular one is working ok but my menthol only lit up real quick and then stopped. She got a pretty good pull off mine but I can't get it to do anything. I can get hers to work though. Anyone have problems with these?

Ruyan Jazz Classic. The wife can't get it to light up at all now either. Ebay purchase so I may be prying this one apart soon...

no experience with the Jazz.
i know on the cigars you have to pierce the cap foil membrane to get it to work.

Lord--I have used 2 of these and they are by far the best thoat hit I ever got--the second one needed a good wack about 30 minutes after I started to use it as it would not fire--I had watched Dusty' review taking it apart and knew that would not hurt it as the tube is metal and there is on big battery in there. So all I can say is wack ot hard on the edge of a table or chair--as that worked for me. I got about a day and a half of heavy vaping out of both that I have tried and I have 3 more that I am saving for occations where refilling is not feasible--Hope that helps --Sun
