It looks like the flashlight you recently received in the mail covered in electrical tape. If so, I would call it BondageVape or MummyVape.

I made this one out of copper and used liquid electrical tape. Nice feel to the hand.

Oh I know me too, I have ZERO clue when it comes to that stuff. That's a guy thing. However, I'm always happy to "pay" someone to make me one.

So I think many of these guys could sell them on here in the classified very easy. You cannot sell that stuff on ebay.
