7,2 volt camera battery and usb

Hi !
My Usb wire from usb pass-trough battery is broken. (901)

I connected 7,2v 3900mah battery from Sony video camera
(NP-QM91) to the other end.

It works now with good vape.

Will there be any problems?

Does this shorten the life of the atomizer?

Can the battery explode ? Its not overheating at least now.

Might wanna hear from a more experienced modder but I think 7.2 volts is too much. You will go through atomizers like crazy. Don't take my word for it as i'm sure someone who knows more about it will reply.

Atomizer gets hot but still working after two days.

Have to oder new passtrough and tape loops at each end
so it will not break so soon.
