Default 17500 Battery Anyone used it?

In my planning stage on making some flashlight mods out of 3AAA LED flashlights I was researching which battery I wanted to use and found this...

    batteryjunction.com/ultrafire-17500.html

This seems to be just the right size (according to the websites measurements) to replace the 3AAA pack exactly. It has more mAh than the 14500 batteries I was thinking about using and if the size is correct I would not have to make an adaptor to keep the battery from flopping around.

Has anyone tried these? Do they work or should I just try to find an 1AA flashlight instead?

I think you should be ok with an 18500 or even an 18650 if its long enough.
I have made a few 3 x aaa torch mods and they easily take the 18xxx diameter and actually need some added "packing" to take up the slack

What Vendo said. If they made a 21500 or 22500, I'd order a dozen without blinking.
