Sweet Connman...can the heating element be used by putting an empty atty shell around it with some wicking?

Here is the link to the seller on E-Bay. They seem to be a good dealer and fast shipping think these can be had for $4.74 now. Shipping included.
I`ve been trying to locate any other place for these by bulk and so far no good.

Sure looks like it but then again I`m not sure. I sure as heck saved mine though for just that idea. But I wouldn`t know anything of the safety of it.

On a side note sure appreciate you work with the Wizard.
