    Yes, yes you can.
    I say if a battery fits in it it can become a mod. But then I`ve got the Icantstopmoddingitis disease.

    that and that spangler science site...they have hydrogel crystals...I've been looking at them and wondering if they could be used as a cart mod filler...

    but yeah the blue tube with cap..says it'll hold an 18650...and with the cap you could carabiner clip lanyard it..

    yeah I wasn't looking real serious at it...just that I got a bunch of it coming to fill the waterbed with....should kinda be like sleeping on a giant jello mold..
