Nothing much to say starting out here since I'm pretty new to the forum, other than to say that the FDA's been behaving in a most unscientific manner. My contribution so far has been to bring the perspective of a professional chemist to the mix. I've mostly been messing around with showing folks how they can figure out the nicotine content of their e-liquids themselves without a lot of fancy equipment.
