I’m starting my quest for the perfect e-cig configuration by trying to use cartomizers on my SD MKII. I ordered an adapter, 901 to 510 ( Thread Adaptors ) and some cartomizers ( LitecigUSA ). The issues I'm trying to overcome are convenience factor in the car for my way to long commute, consistency of vapor/TH, and to hopefully resolve my flooding issues. ... so much better than smoking. I get the nicotine fix without adding to the sore throat (or inhaling the poisons that seem to make the illness last longer). It's lovely to not be jonesing for nicotine while I'm sick. I remember one time my husband was smoking while he had bronchitis (yep, addiction makes us do stupid things). It was developing into pneumonia. Vaping definitely seems to help avoid that.
While I do love my SD MK2 for the extream battery power, I still am having issues with flooding from time to time. I went to direct dripping and it works far better then carts for me but still getting flooding just using 1 or 2 drops at a time. I am starting a trek today to figure out a new configuration that will work better for me, I will be starting with a 901(My SD is 901 threaded) to 510 adapter and then using cartomizers.
