Review: Tobacco Flavor, Smoov, 100% PG 11 mg nic

Vaped, per my usual, in a standard cartomizer with a 78mm smoov stick battery. Results with other setups will vary.

Packaging: This was an impulse buy from a B&M head shop in my area; I was looking for something with a more traditional tobacco flavor. (I wouldn't say I found it.) The liquid was light yellow, clear, and smelled honestly like formaldehyde. It comes in a plastic bottle with a dropper tip. The label is basic and fairly generic. When loading my cartomizers, I found the drip tip difficult to control, and the plastic of the bottle too stiff to use easily.

Taste: To me, this tasted like nothing but plastic and artificial sweetener. If there was tobacco in it, I couldn't find it. (I am the wierd, never-really-smoked-analogs vaper, but I know what a cigarette smells and tastes like. . . ) It was sweet, the way nutrasweet or splenda tastes if you're not used to it, and had some aldehyde notes like my least favorite modern perfumes. There was a bitter bite on the throat hit, but it was more like what you get off a shot of bad moonshine than anything else. Vapor production is OK, a noticable step down from VG-containing juices, but acceptable. This juice immediately got me thinking about DIY things I could try to make it usable-- I can't imagine vaping it much as-is. It does OK along with a diet cola-- the chemicals seem to work well together!

Presentation: 5/10
Vapor: 7/10
Flavor: 4/10
Throat Hit: 7/10
Overall: 6/10. I'll use it as a mixer, and I might vape it if I had nothing else left. I'd be interested to hear from anybody who's liked this juice, 'cause I found it pretty intolerable.
