Missed a few days!

So...yeah. I didn't even have a busy weekend, so I have no excuses, really. I was busy Saturday afternoon with a Spa Party, and then had a party with friends after that, but really there is no excuse for not blogging on Sunday!

Anyway, Lets see...Saturday morning I woke up with what I can only call cigarette exposure hangover. I was craving so bad it was nearly unbearable, and I hadn't had an analog in 4 days. The only thing I can think is just all the smoke at the bowling alley. I had even given away my last half pack of smokes...so I was really going nuts.

Lemme back up a bit. I don't think I blogged about the Friday night experience at the bowling alley. This was supposed to be the time when I caved, smoked an analog, according to my husband. But I didn't...granted I used my pv until I felt like a desert, and drank an entire pitcher of water, but I never caved. My pv got passed around, two or three folks tried it, I think one of my friends plans to get one, so that was fun! But we were in the last couple of frames of our third game, and I decided to hand off my remaining smokes. I figured, if I can get through this, I'm done, I don't need them anymore.

Well he lit one up.

My head did a 180...I had no idea that brands of cigarettes smell so distinct...and hardly anyone smokes NAS Organic Lights...oh my god. I seriously thought I was going to break down and take them back...or take his and drag on it. But I walked away...we were leaving anyway. It smelled amazing. But nothing tobacco beats the taste of my pv, so I knew it would be alright.

Anyway Saturday morning. I had my Premium Peach cartridge still, which has a very harsh throat hit for me. I took it outside and enjoyed the early spring weather we are having, and after a few puffs I was good...

Sunday was pretty uneventful. So was today. I love my pv with a fierceness I associate with a new boyfriend, though. I think about it all the time. I can't wait to be alone with it, or somewhere I can vape until I'm tired of it. I hate taking it outside, or sneaking into the bathroom with it, I feel like a criminal in my own house. But thats my husbands feeling on it, not in the house! Bah. Today I vaped in the car on the ride home from the kids school, about 30 minutes. I still routinely sit in the smoking section, I really don't want to offend anyone with it. So yeah, going good, I guess.

Your Blog makes me even more excited about getting my first kit. I am worried that I might get obsessed with it too and want to vape even more often than I smoke regular analogs, but at lease it's healether than what I'm doing now! Congrats on giving away the rest of your pack and passing that "test" on your will!! How's your KR8? I ordered a 510, but know I will want to eventually try other types. :)

Well, I'm excited to have my first comment! Wow, I can't believe 10 days ago I was where you are.

I LOVE my Kr808. Its a hassle free, easy pv to use. However, I think the whole vaporizer thing is wayyy more upkeep than a pack of analogs. Its so worth it. What I have noticed, not sure if I blogged about it or not, is that because the nicotine hits your system differently you end up vaping more than you smoke - at least more often. I don't know if I vape more analogs than I smoked, its so different, its hard to compare. Sometimes I will take a couple of hits off my vaporizer, and I'm good for hours...other times I sit around and vape like crazy just because I can. I haven't hit boredom yet, and I just went through my first wash/refill cycle with my cartos.

It wasn't too difficult to give up smoking. Vaping is sooo pleasurable, there is just no reason to go back. Enjoy and good luck to you!
