I vape mainly menthol juices which have broken a lot of clearomizers I have bought, so after progressing from a Vivi Nova (too warm a vape for me for menthol), to a Vision Eternity RBA (not great), to an AGA T2 (the Pyrex tank is great for reactive liquids), I ordered a Kanger Protank, as I thought it would have both the Pyrex tank quality and be a bit simpler to set up then the AGA T.
I do like a cool vape and the bottom coil atty on the Protank does give that. It also gives a lot of vapour which I also like. However, it gives a very 'airy' draw, and noisy at that, which can be a bit annoying!! but the most important thing is I am just not getting the flavour of the liquid through it (I mainly vape menthol which is usually a strong flavour), it just doesn't taste, like vaping steam!!
For basically the same price as an AGA T2, this is a bit disappointing. The only upside is that unlike the AGA it wont leak if you tip it upside down, so is good as a take outside the home atty.
For me I have not yet found a better vape than the AGA T2, on both SS and silica wick, though am not brave enough to spend the cash on a Cobra to find out lol.
