Where I've been finding my supplies so far:

Cart mods:

Straws: Swisspers. I got mine at Walmart in a color to match my e-cig. (link provided for visual reference only)

Teabags: Teeli flip filters. Purchased these at the gourmet cooking store nearby. A bit pricey, but the quality makes store-bought look pathetic. Plus, you don't have to fill up the trashcan with crappy tea. I've tried Fluval and I hate it as much as the regular poly-fill that the blank carts come pre-filled with. At least it was relatively cheap, and can be kept around as a backup.

DIY Juicing:

At the moment, I'm not sure where I would recommend to go buy the base juice.

E-Smokey Treats has incredibly fast service, and I've ordered twice and both times got exactly what I ordered in both equipment and juice. The flavor selection is a little limited, and "only" goes up to 36 mg strength. The quality is pretty good. Then again, I have rather limited experience with juice quality. So, for shipping time, and reliability, I can definitely recommend them.

I placed an order with My Freedom Smokes, and while I haven't gotten my order yet, I should be getting it early next week. This site sells 0-48 mg strength, in sizes ranging from tiny to 1000 ml. I'm wanting to stretch my juice $$$, so I'm glad to find a company with a reputation for quality products and fast delivery. I can say that the customer service is so far A++++.

Lorann candy flavors: I haven't bought these from the internet yet; instead, I've found most of them at a local gourmet cooking shop.

Glycerine: Wilton's 59 ml bottle from the cake-making section of my local craft store.

Syringes:

Larger than 1 ml: CML Supply. The smallest assortment pack, combined with a 10 pack of their 3 ml syringes, will give you almost everything you need, including a thin-enough gauge for refilling carts.

1 ml: Dog Cat Etc. CML doesn't sell anything smaller than 3 ml syringes, so I bought my 1 ml syringes here. Besides, I have pet rats, and all those extra syringes will come in handy in the future.

I've ordered from both places, and the turnaround time is good.

Containers: I know many people use 5 ml dropper bottles. When I can't get hold of Scope Breath Drops anymore, I will get hold of some of those. Yes, they're considerably more expensive than a bulk order of 5 ml dropper bottles, but the Breath Drops container is really cool and virtually impossible to drip all over the inside of your pocket once it's closed. Besides, so far I haven't need more than a few of them at a time. Using one of the syringes from the aforementioned assortment pack makes it easy to clean out the nasty-tasting breath drops and refill with yummy juice. (link provided for visual reference only)

Update: U. S. Plastic is a great place to order bottles. They're cheap and the turnaround time is fantastic. Here's a direct link to the dropper bottles.

Also, Wilton's glycerine is not specifically labeled as "Vegetable Glycerin", which makes it a bit worrisome. I've been using vegetable glycerin from the local health food store, which is better quality, and much cheaper than Wilton's.

The verdict on ordering juice: My Freedom Smokes has amazing service, and the 48 mg unflavored base has been serving me extremely well for my juice blends. E-Smokey Treats juice was weird.... it initially was fine, but after a month went kinda dark and funky (even when stored in a cool dark place).
