...I smoked my LAST CIGARETTE! How crazy is that? The funny thing is, I never really even planned to quit. I really did figure that it was going to be just another gimmick that I wasted my money on. All I can say is I'm so glad I at least tried it before I came to that conclusion. Since I quit smoking I have become so much stronger...I don't stink like an ashtray anymore...I can now laugh and laugh as much as I feel like it without going into a 15 minute long coughing/gasping for air fit...my doctor says that I have most likely saved myself from heart disease...I am so very proud of myself. This is probably the biggest accomplishment of my life. Thanks to ECF and the friends I have made here, I am proud to say, to shout - I AM A NON SMOKER!!
