Garlic Cheesy Chicken
4 boneless skinless Chicken breasts or thighs
1 packet of Dry Italian dressing
1/2 stick of butter
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
3/4 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
Preheat oven to 375°
Melt butter in shallow dish, mix with Italian seasoning and minced garlic.
Dredge Chicken in butter mix then in breadcrumbs mixed with cheese and Italian seasoning.
Bake at 375° for about 20 minutes or until cooked through.
