CARTOMIZERS or carto's are steel tubes filled with a polyfiber filler that looks very much like a cigarette filter, and have a heating coil within the filler material which heats e-liquid into vapor. There is a small air tube in the center of the filler running its entire length which directs the vapor into a drip tip that is placed on the end of the carto. The drip tip is just the name vapors use for a mouth piece.

Considering the price, I was really impressed with the Innokin iTaste MVP. It offers great performance and battery life in a sturdy metal package. I wish it had a resistance meter instead of a puff counter and while it will accept some eGo-threaded parts, the popular Kanger T3 won't fit on the unit without an adapter. All that aside, I believe this is one of the best values on the market today.
