Considering the price, I was really impressed with the Innokin iTaste MVP. It offers great performance and battery life in a sturdy metal package. I wish it had a resistance meter instead of a puff counter and while it will accept some eGo-threaded parts, the popular Kanger T3 won't fit on the unit without an adapter.
