Through my research I came across a DOC that has the current levels of TAR & NIC per cig among the most popular brands. The test was conducted in late 2008.
Find your brand. Make sure your not using more than you use to. Take that level & X by howmany you used to smoke. Try to stay within that range.
My example. I smoke Marlboro Menthol Lights FTK 20S. NIC level per analog is 0.7 MG. Tar is 8 MG per analog. X 15 ANALOG per da average = 10.5 MG of NIC per day & 120 MG of TAR.
So by vaping I save 120 MG of TAR NOT in my lungs. Over the course of a year thats 43800 MGs!!! Or 43.8 GRAMS!!!! OR 1.54 OZs PER YEAR!!! Oh My god. I have been smoking for 18 years. Thats means I have taken in 27.72 OZs of TAR. Damn, thats 1.74 LBS........
