I probably worked harder on this recipe than on anything else. This took about a year, and I tried it yesterday, and I still like it very much:
Bill's Vanilla Custard
Vanilla Custard - 13%
Sweetener - 6%
Vanilla Bean Ice Cream - 3.5%
Egg Nog - 2%
Smooth - 2%
Butter - 2%
Graham Cracker (clear) - 1.5%
This one is one of Jo's favorites. I tried for at least 6 months to copy Grant's. Finally, I decided to forget that and just make the best Vanilla Custard I could make. This was a year long effort, and that's the recipe. This is the recipe that changed me from steeper to High Flavor Mixer, and why it took so long to make! Hope you enjoy!
