So I've officially quit as far as analogs go. I can already tell a bit of a difference in small things like my sinuses and sense of taste. I haven't really had an urge for an analog although I was on a first date in a crowded club having a few beers and my wingman/safety guy still smokes so I wound up taking a few drags from his throughout the night. All in all it's been a pleasant process thus far.
