Five Pawns - Initial Impressions

Overall, these are good flavors. Most of them are not ones that I tend to go for (I really like tobaccos and teas) but, they are tasty and will stick around in my kit once they steep out more.

Some of the flavors are jumbled a bit but, I expect those to clean up once they are steeped.

Grandmaster - definite peanut butter, very light banana, I actually got a slight hint of ritz cracker in there too.

Gambit - The apple and crust (bit of graham cracker in there I think) blended well. I definitely got the whipping cream (not whipped topping).

Queenside - Light notes on the fruit. The orange was a bit muddied by the french vanilla but, they did balance each other well. This should open up nicely.

Bowden's Mate - the chocolate tasted more of a cocoa or a dark chocolate. The mint wasn't so pronounced that it jumped at you but was there for sure.

Absolute Pin - Definitely got the spices and a hint of liquorice with a faint cream back at the exhale. Looking forward to this one steeping.
