Woke up today with a headache, it went away once I had my analog and coffee. Now I feel my body is protesting me giving them up, I ache , my throat is sore , and the headache is back. Funny how all the symptoms went away once I had that one analog. My family and friends are telling me that I have tried to quit way too fast and that I should have cut back more slowly. I can not explain how hard it is not to go out right now and buy another pack. Like an addict I am craving that analog so bad.
